FUEL ACCOUNT SYSTEM for locally based companies.
This offers a range of discounts depending on volume purchased
and credit payment option chosen.
We provide a Westbridge Fuel Card for as many vehicles or
drivers you have in your fleet. No charge is made for these
cards. On the reverse of the card, entered on a magnetic strip
is an account number, card number, expiry date and a range of
five different levels of purchasing authority; |

By selecting one of these levels managers of companies can control the
ability of employees to purchase goods from our site.

Fuel is purchased in the normal manner and upon production of the
charge card at the point of sale the transaction is electronically
stored and transferred onto our clients account, ensuring complete
security at all times. A paper voucher is produced showing the date
and time, litres and grade, and value purchased. A vehicle
registration number is entered via the keyboard, the customer is
requested to confirm the purchase then signs the voucher. An advice
slip is issued at that time to the driver.
VAT Summary Invoices are generated weekly or monthly at the end of
the accounting period and sent via post giving a full breakdown of
purchases by petrol card making cost allocation very simple and
easy.
Operated now for over 20 years the popularity of the fuel account
card continues to grow due to ease of use and security, being fully
automated from pump to invoice.
