Roadside Assistance
It is always our ultimate goal to attempt a roadside repair where possible for any stranded vehicle.
We have a number of Roadside Assistance units throughout Northamptonshire ready to be deployed when required. Each one is fitted with Satellite navigation equipment, along with the ability to send and receive messages with our control centre. This ensures that our Roadside team is given the most up to date information regarding the incident which they are attending. Our Control Centre team have the ability to track all of our vehicles live, enabling them to keep you informed of our progress in reaching you.
The Roadside Units are operated by a dedicated team of technicians all of whom are trained to IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) standards. They are able to complete a variety of different repairs, whether it is just a flat battery or a wheel change, but they are also equipped to carry out the more detailed repairs.
Where we are unable to repair your vehicle at the roadside you will be offered recovery to the destination of your choice or to our own vehicle repair centre.
