I was unfortunate to have the problem of my Landrover Freelander failing to start at home yesterday 30/12/09, although I had tried to get it started for about an hour I had to succumb to the fact that it was a no goer.
Although a bit embarrassed, I had to contact Green Flag at about 12:20 and explain the situation and was informed that they would get someone out to have a look at it, but could not give me an ETA due to weather conditions and other breakdowns you were attending to.
I would just like to say a "BIG THANK YOU" to you and your Service Engineer, who to my amazement turned up about 12 minutes later, (Wow, what a response) he diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to repair it, I have to say that there was a big smile on my face when I heard my engine spring into life.
So, once again, Thank you for such a speedy response to my phone call and for the engineer getting my car up and running.
I wish you all a Very Happy New Year and a steady start to 2010.

To the gentleman who came out to me in the rain and cold on Weds 30th December, after I hade broken down on the slip road of the M1 going south.
